Ka kitea e taua komiti, kua tahito kē ngā rārangi ingoa mō ngā reiti, kua hē noa hoki, me te aro kore noa atu hoki ki ngā wawaetanga o ngā poraka (TTR 1998:234). / That committee discovered that the rating rolls were out of date, inaccurate, and had taken no account of subdivisions of blocks.
