Mā ngā kaipupuri e kawe ngā utu rūri. He takaroaroa hoki ētahi whakawākanga, nā reira i teitei anō ai ngā utu mō ngā haerenga me ngā noho (Te Ara 2016). / The owners had to carry the survey costs. Court hearings were also protracted, so travel and accommodation costs were high.
