Ka whakatika tana iwi ki te whakahoki i tana tinana ki Taupō; nō te taenga ki Kaiwhā, i te uru-mā-raki o te moana o Taupō, ka whakatakotoria atu te tūpāpaku ki roto i tētahi ana (TTR 1990:183). / His people set out to return his body to Taupō. When they reached Kaiwhā, on the north-west side of Lake Taupō they lay the body in a cave.
