Ki te tohe ngā tāngata Māori o tēnei kaute ki te tuku hāmene ki te whakawā Pākehā, kāore e whai mana taua hāmene, kāore hoki e tae taua tangata, ngā tāngata rānei i hāmenetia ki te whakawā Pākehā (TW 17/8/1878:415). / If Māori people of this county persist in sending summonses for Pākehā jurisdiction, those summonses will have no legal power, and the person or people summonsed will not have to attend Pākehā judgment.
