kārangi

1. (verb) to be restless, unsettled, irritated, provoked.

(TTT 1/7/1922:8). / And so you people who are unhappy with the Treaty as a remedy for our problems, be careful, lest the experts of the Pākehā people say, "That's alright. Give them what they're asking for. Fulfil the matters of the Treaty in all aspects. Apply the obligations so that they are equal for both Māori and Pākehā."
