He whenua e rīhitia ana mō ngā tau 21, muri iho ka tuarua rīhitanga mō ngā tau 21 ki mua atu i te rīhi tuatahi, muri iho ka tuatorutia rīhitanga i taua whenua kotahi rā anō (TW 16/11/1878:578). / Land which is leased for 21 years, then is leased for a second time for 21 years before the first lease is expired, then that one piece of land is leased for a third time.
