Ka kōrerotia a Hotunui me tana tama me Marutūāhu, ka whakahekea ki ngā uri i papatipu ai ki Hauraki ki te pukerae o Moehau, ki Pārāwai hoki (TTR 1994:59). / Hotunui and his son Marutūāhu were spoken about, down to the descendants at Hauraki, in the Coromandel Peninsula and Thames.
