Rāhina

1. (noun) Monday.

In former times Monday was the day celebrating the moon. Because of this aspect, one of the ancient words for the moon has been revived, that is māhina. This word has been appended to the word 'rā', then dropping the mā of māhina so that it's shorter, thus leaving Rāhina as a new name for Monday.
