pūkōrero

1. (modifier) well-informed, speaking with authority, articulate.

I ētehi wā, ko te pūtake o āna kōrero whakamārama, ko ōna mōhiotanga tonu, ā, i ētehi wā anō, ka tīkina atu e ia anō i ērā o ngā mana pūkōrero (TTR 1996:196). / Sometimes the source of his explanations was his own knowledge, sometimes he sought those of other authorities.
