Mokopuna: Mō muri i te kanikani ahau whakapaipai ai. He moni āu? Rūruhi: Puku kau anō, e kō! Ki a koe hoki! (HKKT 2011:28). / Elderly woman: Grandchild, I've seen your room, and it's filthy! Grandchild: What's the problem? I don't care. Elderly woman: If you don't tidy your room, you won't be going to the dance. Grandchild: I'll tidy it after the dance. Have you some money? Elderly woman: You're cheeky, girl! What's wrong with you!
