Ko te pare tērā; ko te pōhoi taringa nō te huruhuru maheni o te kēkē o te toroa (M 2004:6). / The ornaments of Wharawhara: This saying refers to the albatross feather. That was a head ornament. The feather ornament for the ear is of fine feathers from under the wing of the albatross.
