Ko tōna arikitanga i takea mai i tōna pāpā me tōna whaea ngātahi. Ko ia te mātāmua o ngā tamariki a Hihipa-ki-te-rangi, i heke ure pūkaka mai rā i ngā tama mātāmua (TTR 1990:11). / Her high rank derived from both her father and her mother.
