Mō te taha ki te whakataetae pirirua tāne-wāhine i toa rāua ko Mere Houkāmau Stainton (TTR 1996:256). / In 1910 he won the Māori singles tennis championship, and he and the Reverend T. H. Katene won the doubles championship. He and Mere Houkāmau Stainton won the mixed doubles championship.
