1. (noun) under-exposure.

Mēnā he poto te huranga, he iti te aho ka uru atu ki te pū whakaahua, ā, ka pōuriuri ake te whakaahua ka puta. Ki te poto rawa, ka kīia tērā ko te huranga pore (RTA 2014:143). / If the exposure is short only a little amount of light will enter the camera and the photograph will be darker. If it's too short, it is said to be under-exposed.
