1. (noun) tūroa onamata, Ackama nubicola - tree to 15 m tall with many trunks arising from the ground. Foliage dense at branch apex. Seedling leaves pale greenish pink and hairy. Mature pointed leaves in leaflets of 3-4 pairs are dull green often blotched with dark red spots and teeth blunt. Found in Waima Forest, Northland, above 600 m a.s.l.
