1. (personal name) eponymous ancestor of Ngāti Hinemihi, a hapū of Ngāti Tūhourangi and the name of their meeting house which stood at Wairoa before the Tarawera-Rotomahana eruption in 1886. It now stands at Clandon Park in England.
