Ko tēnei tikanga he poapoa i te hoariri, kia tōia ai tōna ope tauā (Te Ara 2011). / The battle strategy arranged by Uetaha for his force was to draw out the enemy forces until they were thin and straggling, and then mount a counter-attack.
